      • to take actions prior to the conclusion of a contract, to conclude the contract itself, and to accept or handle complaints;
      • to pursue legitimate interests related to the necessity of addressing other incidents and matters that ABS Construction & Engineering Ltd. is obligated to handle, including responding to inquiries and maintaining further contact;
      • for other purposes related to the conduct of business activities, including pursuing legitimate interests related to the need to assert claims arising from executed contracts and services provided;
      • based on consent, for the purposes indicated in the content of the consent.
  4. The provided personal data may be transferred to cooperating entities under data processing agreements, including subcontractors of the services provided, IT service providers, technical equipment suppliers, as well as companies within the ABS Construction & Engineering Ltd. capital group.

Personal data will be stored for the time necessary to resolve the reported issue or incident, but not longer than one year, for the duration of the contract, and in the case of consent for personal data processing, until it is withdrawn. After the conclusion of the contract, data will be stored for the period related to the limitation of claims arising from the contract, as well as for the period required by law regarding activities undertaken by control authorities.

Information on the processing of data of employees and associates of ABS Construction & Engineering Ltd.:

We hereby inform you that, in connection with the concluded agreement with the Client or for the purpose of taking actions prior to entering into such an agreement, we process your personal data as employees or associates of the Client, which constitute contact data. Below, we present detailed information regarding the processing of your personal data.

The administrator of the personal data of the Client’s representatives, agents, employees and associates is ABS Construction & Engineering Ltd., headquartered at 82 The Grove, Inse Bay, Laytown, County Meath, A92 N2X9, registered with the Companies Registration Office under company registration number 675147, and holding VAT identification number 3700001IH, hereinafter referred to as ABS Construction & Engineering Ltd.

ABS Construction & Engineering Ltd. will process the provided data for purposes related to the conclusion of an agreement and for contact purposes, including the execution of the agreement between ABS Construction & Engineering Ltd. and the Client. The legal basis for processing personal data is the legitimate interests of the data administrator who provided the data – the Client, as well as the legitimate interests of ABS Construction & Engineering Ltd., to whom the data has been disclosed. The legitimate interest is the ability to properly and efficiently fulfill the agreement concluded between these entities.
  4. ABS Construction & Engineering Ltd. will process the following categories of personal data: name, surname, job title, and contact details provided by the Client, who is the source of the personal data.
  5. Personal data may be transferred to cooperating entities based on data processing agreements, including subcontractors of provided services, IT service providers, technical equipment suppliers, delivery companies, as well as other recipients, particularly postal operators and companies within the ABS Construction & Engineering Ltd. capital group.
  6. Personal data will be stored until the fulfillment of legitimate interests related to the conclusion and execution of the concluded agreement, which constitutes the basis for this processing, for archival purposes, as well as related to the limitation period for potential claims.
  7. Every individual, subject to the limitations specified in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing the Directive 95/46/EC, has the right to access their provided data, as well as the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  8. Providing personal data of Client’s representatives and agents is a legal requirement for the purpose of concluding the agreement and is necessary for its proper execution. However, providing personal data of employees and associates is voluntary and affects the efficiency and correctness of its execution. Failure to provide personal data will prevent the conclusion of the agreement, its execution, or its proper fulfillment.
